Panko fried rockfish

Start out with the fish sitting in milk
then dip them into the eggs and then into the panko mix
the panko is seasoned to taste and then back into the eggs and back to the panko
gives it a good coat

Add some shredded coconut for some sweet taste.

For the sauce mix half mayo and half sour cream add some liquid from the chipotle peppers in a can to taste and its great!

Did have some fresh fish for dinner last night but lately been on the BBQ or baked...

Dont own a deep fryer at the moment should probably get one as it makes some great fish...
