I installed the rudder kit over the weekend. Pretty easy install if you just follow the instructions. The most tedious part is removing the center screw and nut from the pedal rails. You have to twist your arm in the rod pod and get a wrench on the nut. Not outrageously difficult though. Installing the tubing for the cables was much easier than I anticipated. Make note of where the forward holes are drilled - Don't drill directly behind the rails.
Here are the rest of the mods I have done as well - Pretty basic stuff. Pair of rocket launchers off the stern mounting plates - love these for trolling. The Lowrance Elite4DSI GPS/FF still isnt permanently mounted but will be soon. I used a thru hull mount for the transducer and it seems to work fine for structure imaging as well as fish ID. The wheels are Sea to Summit and are perfect for my uses. Pretty straightforward less is more kind of setup as I rarely go out with more than 3 rods
