Morro Bay 12/31 and 1/1

Hello,

Any advice on fishing via kayak or from shore around the area near Morro bay State Park?   The area with the boat docks and that little restaurant?   I think I might be able to get my girls out for the first time on the yak,  finally.   Thinking perch around the docks,  maybe some baby rockfish too in the jetty rocks?  What about about halibut inside the bay?  I know its late but maybe,  just maybe?  I guess soaking some bait in the deep water could yield sharks,  rays or fatties right?

Eric,

That part is pretty good for Sharks. There is a beach across from the SP that gets fished often for Sharks and now is the prime time for them. Perch all over that bay. We will be out there this Friday for them.
