Fishing location when it's to rough for the kayak

Where do you go if you can't go out on your kayak and you still want to get rockfish?

I watched some cool videos were guys and finding huge rock out croppings and walk to the end and catch there

I was looking out on highway 1 today and thought I saw a spot near the windmills place in cayucos

I might try that this afternoon

Any help or advice would be great

have to plan them around low tides and negatives are the best just make sure you pay attention to the tides coming back in don't want to get stuck out there.

but MDO has a few, and then the area around Cayucos and then up above San Simeon has a bunch just south of the MLPA
