That would be a day! Do you head back bay and try for them in the channels or do you head outside and go deep? Or, both! :P Sounds like knowing your fishery and getting some good intel would be critical on this one. I like it!

I like the original idea better  ;D

Why, if your able to fish both, but must launch from the harbor.

Can't hide in harbors forever. The chances and possibilities increase with bigger areas. I'd buy bait if I was able to use it to the full extent.  +1 for no boundaries

Itll be no bondaries if it happens. Hell we might be rock fishing by the time we get live bait an not worry about chasing butts near the bay lol.

I'm in if recovered and no boundaries, I have a spot picked out that we will see. It will be a long pedal to get to the spot. at least for me.
Due to current economic conditions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.

I'm down. If there is no boundaries will everyone still be required to launch from the same location?

Side bets for biggest non-flat fish? (If proper seasons permit)

Looks like this one is on the back burner now that the season is opening early. Maybe I am wrong though.

I maybe wrong but think, He was waiting till Morro Bay got live bait in the pens.
