Cast Iron Lings

Tossed this together last night about 3 minutes on each side in a cast iron and done perfectly.

Cant beat some ling from the freezer in January to make you miss rockfish season being open.

Good Mix of seasons


Pull out a pack of ling...


Dip fish in mix and then dip in butter and place in hot skillet.


Not really a blackened fish but pretty good stuff so decided to share.

Looks damn good, I really like that pepper plant seasoning too.  Those were awesome directions too.....pull out pack of ling :)   anywhere else it would be buy some ling or rockfish from the store!
