What are these on a Hobie

These were in a Package that said. " Twist and stow Rudder"  WTF are these


Due to current economic conditions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.
Perception Swing, Prowler 15, Hobie Outback. Is Three Enough?

Plugs for the rear two scupper wholes. The seats have the screw plugs the back has those. Don't even know where mine went.

The scuppers holes are self draining, you don't even nee them. check it out.

They are good for lakes if you want to keep the rear cargo area dry

I knew that just the bag said twist rudder or something like that. I thought I was missing something. THX guys
