Operation Revo Island

Figured id start up a thread for this i plan on turning my revo 13 into a mini AI. Ill be posting photos along the way an hopefully have some good DIY info in here for anyone wanting to turn a kayak into a sail boat lol

Day 1 removed standard mirage fins and standard rudder. Ordered turbo fin kit and larger sailing ruder  will post pics when new items come in

I tried the sail on my revo. and it did not work. there was about 10knts. wind and i could peddel twice as fast. dont waist your $$$$

Day #2 added turbo fins, sailing rudder and mirage leash gonna give it a test run saturday hopefully and see where i wanna put my rod holders

You can get away with putting them about anywhere on a Hobie. You should put a sliding rack system on both sides running along your foot well. Then you can have a rod holder where ever you want.

Gonna get the 1" mount for my sail mast hole like very one else uses untill i get a sail
