Keeping it simple

Salt & peppered the brown rockfish, threw in some onions and lemon wedges.  Wrapped it in foil and threw it on the fire pit between the garlic bread.  Flipped it once.  When done sit back and wait for the group to get there share before digging in.  ;D  Too bad the pic of the final product didn't turn out because it was already dark.  It was basically steamed so the bones just came right out.

Try wrapping some buttered potato's in foil. throw directly on the coals when soft they are done. goes well with fish too.
Due to current economic conditions the light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.
